What forms of payment do you accept?

Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world. (The only countries we don't currently ship to are: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, India, Indonesia, Kosovo, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Slovenia, Tunisia, Vietnam)
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
All orders in stock will be processed and dispatched on an express service via FedEx, and will be delivered within 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation e-mail including the tracking details of your parcel.
Do you sell wholesale?
We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques or websites which we screen on a case by case basis. Right now you can purchase JOSINA at the www.TheJewelleryRoom.com .

How will my jewelry be wrapped?
The jewelry you buy will arrive in one of our exclusive white signature boxes elegantly tied with orange ribbon. A luxuriously bag tied with orange ribbon will also follow.
